Enchanted FireFlies Inc. warrants your product, with 2 years unlimited warranty; it is as simple as that. It starts the day you order.

Exceptions are: fire, floods, acts of GOD and nature.

Warranty is void when devices are altered, use of faulty transformer/batteries that was not supplied to you by us.  Try reading the troubleshooting section before sending, it might help.

Warranty is void when miss-using the devices and miss Handel them in a manner beyond the normal use, like using the In-door units for out doors, and altering anything on the devices shipped to you.  Any abuse to the devices will void the warranty in full.  Batteries warranty is 6 months only.

We made it simple and will honor our warranty, you call us, we give you RMA #, ship it back to us at your expense, and we send you the same model back.  We will read all codes on devices and see the reason of the faulty; we designed them to last for way longer than 2 years, used the best parts in the market.  All devices are double checked in our high technology facility before sent to you.  Nothing else is promised or implied.
