Enchanted FireFlies Inc. warrants your product, with 2 years unlimited warranty; it is as simple as that. Exceptions are: fire, floods, acts of God and nature. Batteries warranty ; 4 months.

Warranty is void when devices are altered, use of faulty transformer that was not supplied to you by us.  Please Try the troubleshooting section before sending, it might help.

Warranty is void when miss-using the devices and miss Handel them in a manner beyond the normal use they are intended for, like using the In-door units for out doors, and altering anything on the devices shipped to you.  Any abuse to the devices will void the warranty in full.  Batteries warranty ; 4 months.We made it simple and will honor our warranty,  when you call us or e-mail us, we give you RMA #, ship it back to us, and we send you the same model back within few days after we receive it if we can not repair it. 

We designed them to last for way longer than 2 years, used the best parts in the market.  All devices double-checked in our high technology facility before sent to you.  Nothing else is promised or implied.

Please note that you only need to send the unit, not the wire slivers, leave them as is, so you can plug back, and up to normal in a minute.
